1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 chopped green onion

DIRECTIONS
First of all, prepare the teriyaki sauce, which is really simple and easy to do; teriyaki sauce can be prepared with or without sesame seeds but we love them so we obviously decided to include them. Marinate the salmon in the japanese sauce for about half an hour (but you can leave the fish in the sauce for much longer, even for the night). Place the salmon in a baking dish and bake it in the oven (preheated) set to broil; this operation should take about 7-10 minutes.

In the meantime, take a saucepan and boil the remaining marinade, add the cornstarch slurry and simmer until it has thickened, so about 2 or 3 minutes max. Your salmon teriyaki is ready, serve it with the thickened sauce and finish by adding a chopped green onion and a little bit of sriracha mayo, especially if you like spicy food!
